Wine Review: This clear and pale coral colored Rosé from Bieler opens with a kumquat and lime bouquet with hints of crushed seashell, white peach, and watermelon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and lime blend with notes of white pepper and stone fruit. I also detected hints of tangerine and herbal tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this food friendly and versatile Rosé with my poached pear salad with candied pecans and Great Hill blue cheese. Enjoy - Ken
