Wine Review: This slightly opaque and ruby colored red blend from Anarchy opens with a cedar shaving and boysenberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon, dark chocolate, and violets. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, super smooth, luscious, and zesty. The flavor profile is a black pepper and blackberry blend with notes of oak and spiced black plum. We also detected hints of dark chocolate, black licorice, and blueberry. The finish is dry, and its very dusty polished tannins linger and last for a while. We would decant this red blend for a while, before sipping it by the firepit. With food, we would pair it with a well-marbled grilled ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken & Mark
