Wine Review: This pitch-black colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Niedeldieke opens with a blueberry and new leather bouquet with hints of graphite, black cherry, and menthol. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, silky, seamless, and plush. The flavor profile is a Maine blueberry and graphite blend with notes of cassis and cherry. We also detected hints of black tea and baking spice. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its dusty tannins stick around for a very long time. We would pair this Cab with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The ripe flavors are framed in perfectly balanced acidity and gentle tannins. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon received three years of cellaring in French oak barrels before being bottled with a wink and a nod.
