Wine Review: This elegant Riesling from the Mosel region of Germany is straw colored and opens with apple blossom, wet slate, Juicy Fruit gum, apricot, and lemon aromas. It is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is dry, crisp, and clean. There are flavors of tart green apple, crushed stone, and white peach along with notes of flint and lime.
