Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Alpha Omega opens with an inviting old leather and Dr. Pepper bouquet with hints of potpourri sachet, graphite, cocoa powder, and balsam. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, rather smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a black plum and blueberry blend with notes of lingonberry and red cherry. We also detected hints of cinnamon, stone dust, and faint oak. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and refined integrated tannins show nice length. We would pair this Cab with a grilled porterhouse or hanger steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
