Wine Review: This opaque and inky purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Clif Family opens with a mild blueberry and black cherry bouquet with hints of pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a red plum and mild graphite blend with notes of green olive and dark cherry. We also detected hints of sage, cedar, and stone dust. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and mouthcoating moderate dusty tannins stick around for a very long time. We would pair this Cab with lamb lollipops. Enjoy - KWGTP
