Wine Review: This clear and light straw-colored Blanc de Blanc from King Family opens with many random streams of small bubbles. The bouquet features moist bread dough, almond paste, and peach with hints of lemon tea and dried pineapple. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel has a pleasant froth. It is also balanced, round, zippy and fresh. The flavor profile is a lemon zest and ginger blend with notes of marzipan and stony minerality. We also detected hints of white peach and dried pineapple. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. We would serve this approachable Blanc de Blanc as an aperitif. With food, pair it with cherrystones on the half shell. Enjoy - KWGTP
