Wine Review: This clear and light gold colored Chardonnay from Kale opens with a mild white port and green apple bouquet with hints of white flowers and Anjou pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, seamless, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild apple and Bosc pear blend with notes of gentle oak and salty popcorn. We also detected hints of lime and vanilla. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely. We would pair this approachable and versatile Chard with a pan-seared halibut with a lemon butter sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This classic Napa Chardonnay offers a rich bouquet of oaky, vanilla, and buttery notes, complemented by hints of caramel and yellow apple. Its smooth and rich mouthfeel is well-balanced, showcasing a harmonious blend of fruit flavors and oak. The wine has medium acidity, leading to a salty and lingering finish that encapsulates its refined character.
