Wine Review: This slightly hazy and pale ruby colored Pinot Noir from Clarice opens with an inviting red cherry and pomegranate bouquet with hints of baking spice and cigar leaf. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and polished. The flavor profile is a mild plum and green tea blend with notes of tobacco and pomegranate. We also detected hints of oak. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and fine-grained tannins fade away nicely. We would pair this Pinot with Sicilian style stuffed veal rolls. Enjoy - KWGTP
