Wine Review: This clear and goldenrod colored Reisling Eiswein from Machmer opens with a very inviting apricot and peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, viscous, and rich. The flavor profile is a pleasantly sweet apricot and golden raisin blend with notes of peach and brown sugar. I also detected hints of ginger. The finish remains sweet and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would drink this Eiswein on its own for dessert. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Riesling Ice Wine is a highly concentrated, naturally sweet wine whose vibrant and aromatic acidity exudes a unique charm. In the glass, it sparkles like amber before delighting us with its pronounced fruitiness. Celebrate with a Machmer Riesling Ice Wine and the moment will be unforgettable!
