Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Patent opens with a yellow grapefruit and gooseberry bouquet with hints of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, seamless, and approachable. The flavor profile is a green apple and lime zest blend with notes of stony minerality and white pepper. I also detected hints of lemon and gooseberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this refined and versatile Sauvignon Blanc with grilled halibut. Enjoy - Ken
