Wine Review: This translucent bright red colored Pinot Noir from Kosta Browne opens with a dried strawberry and cedar bouquet with hints of dried herbs. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate, and seamless. The flavor profile is a dried strawberry and red plum blend with notes of cinnamon. We also detected hints of cherry and red currant. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and mild gentle fine tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this Pinot with tuna sushi. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Aroma: Enticing aromas of raspberry, cherry, and blackberry, accented by subtle cocoa nibs and hints of dried herbs.
Palate: Rich and smooth, with balanced acidity and refined tannins that complement layers of fresh black plum, stewed cherry, and a touch of baking spice, leading to a lingering, elegant finish.
