Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Viognier from Kobler opens with a shy apricot and lime bouquet with hints of pear and jasmine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, gentle, and seamless. The flavor profile is a white tea and mild apricot blend with notes of saline, lemon verbena, and stone dust. We also detected hints of tangerine, pear, and honey. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this food friendly, versatile, easy to drink Viognier with Ritz cracker encrusted baked haddock or an apricot glazed turkey. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: With a pale golden hue, the 2023 Russian River Valley Viognier opens with vibrant tones of grapefruit, jasmine, and pear with notes of honeysuckle and yellow peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with intense floral aromas and has beautifully integrated acidity and a silky finish.
