Wine Review: This clear and hay colored Pinot Grigio from Massican opens with a fragrant Canada Dry ginger ale and lemon verbena bouquet with hints of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, fresh, and zesty. The flavor profile is a lime zest and tart green apple blend with notes of tangerine and yellow grapefruit. I also detected hints of stony minerality, saline, lemon tea, and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and refreshing acidity fade away nicely. I would pair this Pinot Grigio with pan fried walleye. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Pinot Grigio is your perfect everyday white wine. Fragrant on the nose, dry on the palate, and maintaining freshness and vibrancy throughout, this wine reminds you of the Mediterranean. The aromas smell like yellow flowers, candied lemon, and sea spray. The flavors taste like honeydew melon, pink grapefruit, and orange cream with notes of citrus, sea salt, and almonds. Not only make it the perfect wine to drink before dinner with early evening snacks, but it is also versatile enough to hold its own at the table.
