Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Far Niente opens with a light lime and gentle oak bouquet with hints of faint grapefruit and lemon verbena. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and seamless. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle oak and lemon verbena blend with notes of chamomile tea and Anjou pear. We also detected hints of almond paste.
