Wine Review: This clear and light coral colored Rosé from King Family opens with a ruby grapefruit and wet stone bouquet with hints of lime zest and rose petals. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and seamless. The flavor profile is a lime zest and white peach blend with notes of fine stony minerality and nectarine. I also detected a touch of yellow grapefruit. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this Rosé with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aged in 400-liter acacia barrels for 10 months, this dry rosé displays strawberry, spice, and subtle savory aromas that lead to a lively and bright finish. This medium-bodied rosé is perfect for an afternoon on the farm, or to start (and finish) an evening at home!
