Wine Review: This clear and pale coral colored wine made from Vardisperi Rkatsiteli (Pink Rkatsiteli) opens with a mild peach and golden delicious apple bouquet with hints of maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a mild apricot and gentle minerality with notes of lime and clementine. I also detected some hints of saline. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Rosé with a chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The wine is made from a rare variety - pink Rkatsiteli. It has intense aromas of rose petal, cranberry and gooseberry. The palate is crisp and fresh, with vibrant acidity, complex and perfectly balanced, with flavors of raspberry and quince, followed by a long-lasting aromatic finish.
