Wine Review: This bubbly wine from Sonoma County is a medium golden color with many streams of tiny bubbles. The bouquet includes apple skin, ripe pear, kumquat, and wet river stone aromas. There is a mouth filling froth on the palate, with medium-plus acidity and medium body. It is very dry, fresh, crisp, balanced, and fruit focused. The flavor profile is a blend of green apple, kumquat, graham cracker crust, and orange marmalade with notes of ginger and lemon-lime. The finish is refreshing and moderate in length. Serve chilled with fried shrimp and orange sauce. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Brilliant in color, the wine is bright and fresh with bright citrus fruits, apple and orange blossom. On the palate the wine is full flavored with flavors of green apple, mandarin orange and brioche.
