Wine Review: This dry pale-yellow Pinot Blanc from Germany has delicate aromas of D'anjou pear, lemon slices, light white florals, and a hint of wet slate. The palate this wine is light bodied, moderately acidic, fresh, pure, and juicy. The flavor profile is a lemon sorbet and crushed stone blend with a hint of McIntosh apple. The finish is soft and moderate in length. Serve this easy drinking Pinot Blanc slightly chilled with cheesy soft pretzels. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: This wine is lively and delicately fruity with subtle acidity. Pleasant and uncomplicated, the well-rounded mouthfeel allows it pair with all types of cuisines. Try it with seafood, game, meat, or poultry. It is elegant and at the same time profound and complex, making it delightfully easy to continue to sip and savor glass after glass.
