Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Albariño based wine from Bodegas Terras Gauda in the Rias Baixas region of Spain opens with a lemon zest and pineapple bouquet with hints of white peach and green tea. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, slightly viscous, and clean. The flavor profile is a nectarine pit and lemon zest blend with notes of green apple and chamomile tea. I also detected hints of mild pineapple, saline, and chalky minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely extended. I would pair this very good Spanish white blend with a swordfish skewers and grilled pineapple. Enjoy - Ken
