Wine Review: This clear and dark red colored Pinot Noir from Clarice opens with a red cherry and black plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and seamless. The flavor profile is an oak and cherry blend with notes of plum and oolong tea. We also detected hints of cranberry, blackberry, and stone dust. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its very dusty tannins build-up and stick around for quite a while. We would pair this Pinot with lamb lollipops. Enjoy - KWGTP
