Wine Review: The bouquet of this wine is explosive and fully expresses its fruit. On the palate, the wine is round, well balanced, acidic, and quite tasty. The finish is dry and tangy. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: It’s hard to imagine that I could match last years wine – the 2004 SB – but after blending and tasting this 2005 vintage - I think this wine is equal if not better. The 2005 SB is fat (or is that phat) with all the 2004 attributes and with a huge emphasis on white peach and guava. Bring on the mouthwatering "margarita" characters of lime and voila – delicious Sauvignon Blanc. Long-lasting, luscious fruit characters. Cheers!
