Wine Review: This pale yellow wine was the winner of our most recent Riesling blind tasting. This opens with a light lemon lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is smooth, creamy, and has good citrus fruit flavors. It is not too sweet and easy to drink, which was appealing to many on the panel. The finish is prolonged and refreshing. The perfect food match for this wine would be chicken piccata. Enjoy - KWGTP
