Wine Review: I recently tried this bottle on a group of tasters. They were impressed. Even the tasters who didn’t prefer dessert wines found this wine impressive. This gold colored wine has a wonderful refreshing bouquet that expresses a hint of apple. On the palate, this wine is rich, concentrated, and nicely sweet. This is a terrific dessert wine that would pair well with a cheese plate at the end of the evening. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine opens with an explosion of aromas, including apricot, peach, lilac and lilly petals. Flavors of peach and apricot coat the whole pallet, while the floral essences add a delicate complexity. The rich flavors finish clean and not cloying, with a light, pleasant crispness. This wine may be enjoyed while young for fresh fruit and acidity, but can also be aged for many years to develop a complexity and nuttiness similar to sherry.
