Wine Review: This light yellow wine was the second place finisher in our most recent Riesling blind tasting. This opens with a very floral and perfumy bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is very well balanced and smooth. The acidity, plum like fruit flavors, and sugar are all in line. The finish is dry, but brief. Most panelists thought this wine would go well with a fish dish with a light cream sauce. Enjoy this delightful Riesling from Oregon. – KWGTP
