Wine Review: This Spanish red finished a respectable 4th place in our recent blind tasting of Spanish Red wines. This brick red wine had a medium tobacco & spicy bouquet. On the palate, the wine is balanced, dry, and had mild black fruit and black pepper flavors. This is a good food wine that would pair well with beef bourgogne. The finish is dry and short.
