Wine Review: I enjoyed this wine at a recent Riedel glassware presentation that I attended. This light yellow wine opens with a mild clean pear and steely bouquet. On the palate, the wine is round and slightly acidic. The wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced. This food friendly wine would pair nicely with scallops or fish. The finish is a bit acidic and brief. Enjoy - Ken
