Wine Review: This is one of those wines that could fool you, but don’t be fooled. This wine opens with very strong petrol like aromas and a hint of licorice. However, allow it to breath and that will dissipate. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round and really expresses its fruit. There is plenty of acidity and blackberry flavors that will match nicely with any tomato based Italian food. The finish is dry, a touch tannic, and has cocoa flavors that linger nicely. Decant this wine and Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The color is a rich bright crimson ruby. The nose displays ripe black cherry, overlaid with dark chocolate and violets.
