Wine Review: This dark red wine opens with a pleasant light blueberry bouquet with hints of spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth, well balanced, a touch tart, and nicely acidic. It has spicy plum like flavors. This wine would be a wonderful choice with beef bourguignon over egg noodles. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: An adult version of a kid that knows more than most grownups. Mature for its agewise beyond its years. Interesting to be around.
