Wine Review: I normally do not write about a wine with so little production, but this Sauvignon Blanc was just so good, I had to tell you about it. In 2007 Lou hopes to produce 120 cases. I hope it is just as good. On the palate, the wine has nice grapefruit flavors. It is clean, refreshing, and quite tasty. On the finish, the wine is dry, tingly, and it lingers for quite some time.
