Wine Review: This pale yellow wine was recommended by our tasting panel in a recent blind tasting that we conducted. This wine opens with a very pleasant aromatic bouquet that smells like cantelope and apple. On the palate, this light bodied wine is round, creamy, and smooth with some hints of acidity. It displays citrus like flavors. The finish is dry and short. The panel felt this wine would pair well with fish or spicy chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP
