Wine Review: This is a tasty but simple good value bistro wine. This dark ruby wine opens with a spicy grape and earth like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, a touch tart, and has plum like flavors. The finish is quite dry and brief. I would serve this wine slightly chilled with coq au vin. If it where summer, I would also enjoy this wine poolside or use it to make a refreshing sangria. Cheers – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intense color, varying between deep garnet and dark ruby. This Moulin-à-Vent is suggestive of both flowers and fruit, particularly violets and cherries. Well-structured with moderate tannins, delicately spiced, it offers complexity and good length, elegance and harmony, power and velvet.
