Wine Review: I recently attended a wine tasting with Georg Riedel. This wine from his native Austria was the opener for our lunch meeting. This light yellow wine opens with a very refreshing lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is a bit tangy, a touch tart, and displays some minerality and lime like flavors. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine would pair nicely with halibut. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fresh straw yellow in color with a bouquet of gooseberries and hints of green apple and white pepper. Medium bodied with a mix of citrus, apple and peach fruit. Light mineral character lingers on the finish and vibrant acidity makes the palate hum.
