Wine Review: This light yellow Gruner is opens with a light lime like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is well balanced, easy to drink, and shows some minerality and light lemon-lime like flavors. The finish is dry and extended. The finish is dry and extended. This wine would with a baked bay scallop casserole like Coquilles St. Jacques. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Almost clear when young but will develop into light-to-medium straw yellow with aging. Lentil and watercress aromas lead to a fruit driven profile including green apple, grapefruit, and other citrus fruit Medium-bodied with crisp refreshing acidity and light mineral components on the clean finish. This wine goes well with roasted poultry, meaty fish, and hors d’oeuvres.
