Wine Review: This peach colored sparkling wine finished in sixth place during our recent blind tasting. This wine opens with a light watermelon like bouquet with hints of grass and honey. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very sweet, a bit syrupy, smooth, and has some plum like flavors with hints apricot was well. This finish was light and brief. The panel felt this would be a good after dinner dessert option that would pair nicely with chocolate or chocolate covered strawberries. Enjoy - KWGTP
