Wine Review: This Shiraz from down under will appeal to fruit bomb and Zin fans. This dark ruby wine opens with a noticeable fruit forward bouquet of black cherries and pomegranate with a touch of eucalyptus. On the palate, this light to medium bodied wine has nice balance, is velvety, and displays pleasant black cherry and raspberry flavors, with dashes of spicy pepper. The finish is dry, tingling, and the flavors linger for a bit. The panel felt this wine would pair well with grilled barbecue chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP
