Wine Review: This wine blew away the competition in our blind tasting of Pinot Noirs in early April. It really stole the show. The panel scored this wine an Excellent score of 93.375. So what made this Pinot so special? It had everything for everybody. This brightly colored lightly scented red wine opens with a very inviting strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth as silk, well balanced, with complex and delicious lush cherry flavors along with some plum and integrated vanilla on the back palate. The finish is dry and has gentle tannins that run on like a marathon. The panel members suggested that they could drink this wine for hours or until they ran out. They would have it with filet mignon. Here is the best part. Most of the panelist suggested they would pay $40 to $60 for this wine that costs $25. Hurry up an order this gem. It won’t be around for long now that we told you how good it is. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This Pinot Noir comes from the Santa Maria Valley. Cooling ocean breezes give Garey Vineyards wines finesse, balance and wonderful berry flavors.
