Wine Review: The Crios collection from Susan Balbo has been producing some terrific value wines recently and this wine is no exception. This Rosé offering made from 100% Malbec was the 2nd place finisher in our recent blind tasting of Rosé wines. This bright cherry colored wine opens with a very light strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this light to medium bodied wine is smooth, crisp, and nicely balanced. The flavor profile was light strawberry, with a hint of cranberry and a touch of sweetness. This finish is dry and subtle. The panel would serve this wine with turkey. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A beautiful, deep, vibrant rosé color. Has a surprising amount of glycerin and body for a rosé wine, and beautiful aromas of fresh, ripe wild strawberries. On the palate, the flavors of strawberries and cherries come rushing in, accompanied by some spice notes and a clean, dry finish.
