Wine Review: The sign of a really good wine is when you can’t wait to pour another glass. This wine has that quality. This light yellow wine opens with a steely like bouquet with light lemon and apple notes. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is brisk, very round, very refreshing, with full palate coverage. This wine comes alive in the mouth. The flavor profile is a very pleasant sweet citrus like flavors with notes of ripe peach and minerality as well. This wine goes down real easy and would be a perfect aperitif to serve with spring rolls or shrimp cocktail. Impress your friend and serve them this wine at your next party. Cheers – Ken
