Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a very pleasant light lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this lightly oaked, medium bodied wine is clean, well balanced, slightly creamy, and displays delightful light lemon like flavors. The finish is dry with soft tannins that linger. This wine would pair very nicely with chicken alfredo and appeal to Burgundian fans. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Complex aromas of stone and tropical fruits, oak, and spice. Full mouthfeel, despite the lack of malolactic. Creamy and nutty multidimensional palate, with mango and custard, biscuit, and mineral. Long, finish with cleansing acidity.
