Wine Review: If you are looking for a special, special occasion wine, I found one for you. This buttercup yellow colored wine opens with a light lemon and ripe pineapple like bouquet. On the palate, this full bodied wine is smooth, creamy nicely balanced, with delicious lemon like flavors with a hint of minerality. The finish is dry and lingers for some time. This elegant wine is a perfect Chard for food. It would pair perfectly with a seafood casserole, baked stuffed shrimp, or lobster. This is a wine to brag about and you will desire a second glass while you still have your first. This wine made our time a Siro's in Saratoga as special evening. I’m sure it will do the same for you.
