Wine Review: We recently stopped by Eastern Standard in Boston with some clients before a Red Sox game and tried this new winery’s wine. It turns out that this is the debut offering and it is pretty impressive. This indigo colored wine opens with a spicy blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very smooth and loaded with juicy cassis flavors with spice notes as well. The finish is dry and the tingly tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine paired nicely with our rib eye. Enjoy – Ken
