Wine Review: This ruby colored wine opens with a very pleasant and inviting spicy blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is smooth, with a dry mouthfeel, and noticeable acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty dusty blueberry. The finish is dry and lingers nicely with well managed tannins. This wine would pair nicely with prime rib. Enjoy - Ken
