Wine Review: This straw yellow unoaked Chard was recently recommended by our tasting panel. It opens with a very attractive tropical fruit like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is crisp, lively, with apple and mango like flavors. The finish is dry, refreshing, and with a touch of fizz. The panel felt that this wine is an ideal match for chicken cordon bleu or fish n’ chips. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: “Naked” is our expression for a No-Oak style of winemaking. The fruit was fermented in 100% stainless steel and NOT put through malolactic fermentation, in order to maintain the natural acid balance. The Chardonnay exhibits crisp apple, white peach, and pear, finishing long with hints of citrus and mineral. Drink Naked often!
