Wine Review: We found this traditional styled Chard at the Newport Wine and Food Festival. This yellow colored wine opens with a pleasant buttery and light oak like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, with traditional light oak and butter influenced quince flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. This wine would pair nicely with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow, brilliant. Rich and complex bouquet of fresh apricot, pear, and quince aromas. Notes of fresh and toasted bread. Balanced and fresh, with dominating jam flavors and final touch of wood. Persistent finish
