Wine Review: This light ruby offering from Michel Picard is quite appealing. It opens with a light spicy raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is well balanced, smooth, and silky with delicious spicy raspberry flavors. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This wine would pair very well with grilled salmon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Dark red color with crimson tints. Complex bouquet of stawberry, raspberry, clove, vanilla and liquorice in final. Chiselled tanins and grilled notes betray his young age, keep it.
