Wine Review: This very dark purple wine opens with a moderate black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is smooth, balanced, with very concentrated blackberry and black current flavors with hints of spice. The finish is quite dry and its tingly tannins linger for some time. This wine would pair nicely with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
