Wine Review: Really good Aussie Grenache is something that every wine fan should try to experience. This offering from Chateau Chateau would be a great place to start. This bright ruby colored wine opens with an attractive cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, elegant, and displays tasty black cherry flavors with notes of integrated spice. The finish is dry and its nicely managed tannins linger for quite some time. Pair this wine with pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A blended Grenache that may be the pick of the litter in the Chateau Chateau Grenache series, melding of the spice and pepper of Ebenezer, the dark berry richness and chocolate of Marananga, and the solid structure of Stonewell Grenache. The label artwork, Chateau, is a custom image created especially for the blend by Hungarian artist and protégé of M.C. Escher, Istvan Orosz.
