Wine Review: This Cabernet from Thelema is really going to appeal to our readers who prefer an Old World Style of wine. This very dark purple colored wine opens with a smoky wood like bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and very nicely balanced with prominently noted oak influenced dusty black cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry and its managed tannins linger slightly. Our group thought this wine would pair quite well with hearty beef stew. Enjoy - Ken
