Wine Review: As many readers know, I am cautious about Port due to the high alcohol levels. However, I have to say that this Port does a very nice job of keeping its 20% alcohol level in check. This brownish red Port was bottled in 2008. It opens with a woody walnut like bouquet. On the palate, this Port is medium bodied, smooth, and very enjoyable. It displays a light nutty flavor with notes of pecan pie. The finish is dry and shows just a little bit of heat. This is a Port that most readers could enjoy with friends after dinner. I was impressed. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The translucent copper coloured tone of the wine is matched by the beautiful soft nutty aromas gained by a full twenty years ageing in seasoned oak casks. OTIMA 20 Years is rich and delicate, but never cloying; the tannins, and acidity ensure balance and perfect length.
